Engin Coverage Explained

Engin is available to any person in Australia who has a broadband internet connection. The Engin service is split into two categories based on the available coverage of Engin phone numbers.

Engin 2-way

If you live in an Engin coverage area you will be allocated a full 10 digit geographical telephone number that you can use to make and receive telephone calls on. For example, if you live in Melbourne you will be allocated a 039xxxxxxx phone number.

Engin 1-way

If you do not live in an Engin coverage area you are eligible for an Engin1way service . This means you can make but not receive phone calls on your Engin service. Consequently you will not be allocated with a geographical phone number.

Both the two-way and one-way services have exactly the same monthly services fee and both include Engin's fantastic call rates.
