NBN and NBN Co, and Powered by the NBN are trademarks of NBN Co Limited and used under licence. All prices quoted are based on 24 month contract. Service is only available in premises pre-installed with fibre technology. Only downloads are counted towards monthly data quota. No excess charges apply. Any unused data expires at the end of each billing period. NBN Lite, Standard and Ultra are shaped at 64 kbps. You may upgrade your plan at any time during the month at no charge. Plan Downgrades may incur a charge. Early Termination Fees (ETF) apply if you disconnect before the end of your 24 month contract, ETF is calculated as number of months remaining on your contract x monthly price of plan. Total Minimum Cost is calculated over 24 months and includes monthly access fees only. A Hardware delivery fee is $19.95 applies should you purchase hardware from engin. All plans are subject to engin’s acceptable use Policy which can be found at Customer Terms.
