Month to Month Plan

All prices quoted are based on month to month contracts. Plans are only available when engin Landline and Broadband services are bundled. Service is not available in all areas. Prices quoted are available in metropolitan areas only. The actual speed you experience depends on a number of factors, including your equipment, the quality and location of your line, how far your connection is from the local telephone exchange, the applications you are using, the capacity and speed of our systems, the systems of our suppliers, and the Internet generally. For these reasons, you should not expect your actual speed to be at or near the theoretical maximum. Once you have reached the data allowance, your plan will be shaped to 256kbps until the start of your next billing cycle. Once your data limit is reached you can purchase additional data blocks. If you do not purchase additional data blocks, your service will remain shaped until your next billing cycle. Regional plans are subject to a $20 per month surcharge. All plans are available to new customers only with an automatic payment method (Credit Card or Direct Debit). Month to Month Contracts attract a $39 transfer fee for transferring an existing ADSL service with another provider to engin or a $99 setup fee for a new connection. All calls not listed such as calls to international numbers, premium numbers, directory assistance etc are charged in addition to the Monthly Access Fee. 13/1300 calls are charged at 44c per call. Mobile calls on the Super Bundle plan are charged at 20c per minute. Charges to premium numbers are set by the number provider. International call rates can be found at International Rates and may be subject to change without notice. Timed calls are billed in 30 second increments. The underlying service provider is Telstra. A hardware delivery fee is $19.95 applies should you purchase hardware from engin. Cost of using 1MB of data (within included value) on the Super Bundle 50GB plan is $0.002. Total Minimum Cost is calculated over 1 month and includes Monthly Access Fees and a maximum new connection setup fee of $99.
