24 Months Plan

All prices are quoted are based on a 24 month contract. Plans are only available when an engin VoIP and engin Broadband services are bundled. Service is not available in all areas. The actual speed you experience depends on a number of factors, including, your equipment, the quality and location of your line, including how far your connection is from the local telephone exchange, the applications you are using, the capacity and speed of our systems, the systems of our suppliers, and the Internet generally. For these reasons, you should not expect your actual speed to be at or near the theoretical maximum. Once you have reached the data allowance for your plan will be shaped to 256kbps until the start of your next billing cycle. Once your data limit is reached you can purchase additional data blocks. If you do not purchase additional data blocks, your service will remain shaped until your next billing cycle. All calls not listed such as calls to premium numbers and directory assistance are charged in addition to the Monthly Access Fee. Charges to premium numbers are set by the number provider. 13/1300 calls are not included and are charged at 44c per call. The 400 minutes of included value on the Mobile Saver 10 and Mobile Saver 50 plans are available to Australian mobiles only and calls over the included 400 minutes are charged at 15c per minute. Included mobile calls on the Super Saver Bundle are available to Australian mobiles only. International call rates can be found at International Rates and may be subject to change without notice. All calls are billed per 60 seconds after the first minute. Regional plans are subject to a $20 per month surcharge. Early termination fees of $99 apply. A Hardware delivery fee of $19.95 applies on bonus modem. All plans are available to new customers only with an Automatic payment method (Credit card or Direct Debit). The underlying service provider is Telstra. Cost of using 1MB of data (within included value) on the Mobile Saver 10 Bundle plan is $0.005 and on the Mobile Saver 50 Bundle plan is $0.002. The Total Minimum Cost is calculated over 24 months and includes Monthly Access Fees, a $19.95 hardware delivery fee and a $69 Set-Up Fee.
